Robbery, aggravated assault, simple assault, theft by unlawful taking, theft by receiving stolen property, possessing an instrument of crime, crimes committed with firearms, and criminal conspiracy. Before WRIGHT, J. No. 2312 Oct. T., 1979. Appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Nos. 1369 and 1430 of 1979.
