Indictment charging defendant with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, receiving stolen property and operating a motor vehicle while operating privileges were suspended. Before BROMINSKI, P.J. Appeal, No. 682, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, Nos. 1565 and 1676 of 1974. Submitted September 8, 1975.
