Indictment charging defendant with aggravated robbery, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, and conspiracy. Before BRUNO, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 210 and 211, Oct. T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1970, Nos. 1005 and 1006. Argued June 21, 1971.
