Indictments charging defendant with burglary, robbery, criminal conspiracy, unlawful possession of instruments of crime and violations of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before LAGAKOS, J. Appeal, No. 1881, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1974, Nos. 1463, 1464, 1466, and 1467. Argued December 15, 1975.
