Indictments charging defendant with assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to murder, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, and unlawfully carrying a firearm without a license. Before WRIGHT, J. Appeals, Nos. 184 and 185, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1971, Nos. 2098 and 2099. Submitted March 22, 1972.
