Indictments charging defendant with larceny, resisting arrest and conspiracy. Before BECKERT, J. Appeals, Nos. 1289 and 1290, Oct. T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, Nos. 642 of 1969, and 520 of 1971. Argued March 21, 1972.
