Indictment charging defendants with unlawful possession of instruments of crime. Before SCIRICA, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 596 and 605, Oct. T., 1975, from judgments of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, July T., 1973, No. 372, and No. 2675 of 1973. Argued June 9, 1975.

Judgments of sentence affirmed, and the defendants are directed to appear in the court below at such time as they may be there called, and that they be by that court committed until they have complied with the sentence, or any part thereof which has not been performed at the time the appeal was made a supersedeas.
