Indictments charging defendant with assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to kill, assault by prisoner and conspiracy. Before GROSHENS, P.J. Appeal, No. 1291, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Oct. T., 1972, No. 265, and Nos. 3078 and 3079 of 1972. Argued March 21, 1975.
