Criminal proceedings. Rape, robbery, burglary, recklessly endangering another person, making terroristic threats and violation of the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device, and Cosmetic Act. Before AVRIGIAN, J. No. 109 Oct. T., 1979. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, No. 2517 of 1976. Argued September 11, 1979.
