Appeal, No. 211, March T., 1967, from judgment of Court of Oyer and Terminer of Allegheny County, No. 4956 of 1965, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. John Keen. Judgment affirmed.

Indictment charging defendant with murder and voluntary manslaughter. Before WEAVER, P. J., specially presiding.

Verdict entered finding defendant guilty of voluntary manslaughter, defendant's motion for new trial refused and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed.

Judgment affirmed.
