Indictment charging defendant with unlawful sale and possession of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy. Before ROSENBERG, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 93, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1974, Nos. 1753 and 1754. Argued March 18, 1975.
