COMMONWEALTH v. Adelin JULES.

The defendant argues that, because the statute does not require that the Commonwealth be notified when there is a surrender hearing involving a misdemeanor, it follows that the Commonwealth is prohibited from participating in the surrender hearing. This has no basis in law or logic.
