Criminal proceedings. Robbery, theft, criminal conspiracy, carrying a firearm without a license, commission of a crime with a firearm and simple assault. Before BLOOM, J. No. 2578 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Criminal Division, No. 3737 of 1979.
