Indictments charging defendant with indecent exposure, attempted rape, unlawful possession of instruments of crime, recklessly endangering a person, criminal conspiracy and indecent assault. Before BRADLEY, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 560, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Aug. T., 1974, No. 962. Submitted June 9, 1975.
