Indictments charging defendant with rape, robbery and possession of an instrument of crime. Before McDERMOTT, J. Verdicts of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1280, October T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nos. 76-10-1335 and 76-11-89. Submitted June 12, 1978.
