Indictments charging defendant with criminal trespass and criminal conspiracy. Before JENKINS, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1248, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1974, Nos. 1751 and 1752. Submitted September 8, 1975.
