Proceedings under the Post Conviction Hearing Act. Rape, unlawful restraint, possession of an instrument of crime and possession of a prohibited offensive weapon. Before BLAKE, J. Nos. 577 and 1283 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence and order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Criminal Division, Nos. 87/89, Feb. T., 1976. Submitted September 11, 1980.
