Indictments charging defendant with escape and possessing implements of escape. Before BROWN, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty entered and defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1738, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Nos. 943 and 944 of 1975. Submitted September 22, 1976.
