Indictments charging defendant with attempt with intent to kill, corrupting the morals of a minor, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery, solicitation and assault with intent to commit sodomy. Before MARSHALL, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 379, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1973, Nos. 712 to 715, inclusive. Submitted September 9, 1974.
