Indictments charging defendant with recklessly endangering another person, possession of an instrument of crime, and robbery. Before CAESAR, J., non-jury. Defendant found guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2073, October T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1977, Nos. 1222/1224. Submitted June 27, 1978.
