Criminal proceedings. Attempted involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault and simple assault. Before KING, J. No. 1293 Oct. T., 1978. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Aug. T., 1977, Nos. 443, 446 and 447.
