Criminal proceedings. Rape, indecent assault, recklessly endangering another person, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory rape and terroristic threats. Before ZIEGLER, J. No. 664 Apr. T., 1978. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Nos. CC7705209 and 7705210.
