Indictments charging defendant with simple assault, aggravated assault, robbery, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats and conspiracy. Before JENKINS, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 428, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Sept. T., 1974, No. 824. Submitted June 16, 1975.
