Indictment charging defendant with receiving stolen goods and illegal possession of burglary tools. Before THOMAS, J. Appeals, Nos. 155 and 156, April T., 1970, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County, Feb. T., 1969, Nos. 23 and 24. Argued: April 15, 1971.
