Indictment charging defendant with carrying a firearm without a license and unlawful possession of a firearm by a former convict. Before CLARKE, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 46, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7508123. Submitted April 11, 1977.

Judgment of sentence affirmed.

SPAETH, J., concurred in the result.
