Indictments charging defendant with simple and aggravated assault, possessing an instrument of crime, and possessing a prohibited offensive weapon. Before SNYDER, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1642, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1975, Nos. 2640 and 2641. Argued September 15, 1976.

Judgment of sentence affirmed without prejudice to appellant's right to petition for relief under the Post Conviction Hearing Act, Act of January 25, 1966, P.L. (1965) 1580, § 1, effective March 1, 1966, 19 P. S. § 1180-1 et seq.
