Indictments charging defendant with simple and aggravated assault, possessing an instrument of crime, and possessing a prohibited offensive weapon. Before SNYDER, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1642, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov.
