Indictments charging defendant with attempted theft, criminal conspiracy, unlawful possession of an instrument of crime, aggravated assault and robbery. Before WILSON, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 13, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1974, Nos. 1355 to 1359, inclusive. Submitted June 16, 1975.
