Indictments charging defendant with burglary, attempted theft, conspiracy, possession of an instrument of crime, possession of prohibited offensive weapons and corruption of minors. Before ANDERSON, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of burglary following guilty plea and remaining charges nol prossed and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal No. 2415, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1975, No. 527. Submitted June 13, 1977.
