Indictments charging defendant with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and simple assault. Before LEWIS, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 345, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. 7406818A. Submitted November 14, 1977.
