Appeals, Nos. 596, 661 and 662, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1968, Nos. 752, 753 and 754, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. James Jackson. Judgment affirmed.

Indictments charging defendant with murder, aggravated robbery and conspiracy. Before BRADLEY, J.

Verdict of guilty of murder in the first degree and of aggravated robbery; post-trial motions by defendant denied, and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed.
