Appeal, No. 325, Jan. T., 1971, from order of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Sept. T., 1967, Nos. 458, 461 and 468, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Horace Jackson. Order affirmed.

Proceeding under Post Conviction Hearing Act.

Petition denied, order by DOTY, J. Petitioner appealed.
