Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Before THOMAS, P.J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 447, April T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas of Crawford County, No. 318 of 1974. Submitted April 12, 1976.
