Indictment charging defendant with open lewdness. Before RIAL, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 124, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, Jan. T., 1975, No. 203. Argued April 19, 1976.
