Indictment charging defendant with burglary, robbery, kidnapping, aggravated assault, and recklessly endangering another person. Before BERTOLET, J. Verdict of guilty of burglary, robbery and recklessly endangering another person, and not guilty of aggravated assault and new trial granted to charge of kidnapping and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1048, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, No. 76078101-5. Argued September 12, 1978.
