Indictments charging defendant with forgery, theft by receiving stolen property and theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake. Before SNYDER, J., non-jury. Findings of guilty as to forgery and theft by receiving stolen property. Judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1885, October T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, February T., 1977, Nos. 1700/1702. Argued March 27, 1978.
