Indictments charging defendant with burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, assault and battery and corrupting the morals of a minor. Before MARSHALL, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1617, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1972, No. 0597. Argued September 19, 1973.
