Proceedings under the Post Conviction Hearing Act. Aggravated assault and battery, assault with intent to kill, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, carrying a firearm without a license. Before BLAKE, J. No. 2402 Oct. T., 1977. Appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1971, Nos. 493, 494, 499 and 500. Submitted March 20, 1978.
