Criminal proceedings. Robbery, theft, receiving stolen property, possession of instruments of crime, prohibited offensive weapons and criminal conspiracy. Before RUFE, J. No. 913 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, Criminal Division, No. 1168 of 1978.
