Indictments charging defendant with burglary, larceny, and illegal possession of burglary tools. Before JUBELIRER, P.J. Appeals, Nos. 1355 and 1356, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Blair County, Oct. T., 1970, Nos. 56 and 92. Submitted December 13, 1971.
