Appeal, No. 20, March T., 1971, from order of Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County, June T., 1952, No. 1, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. William Thomas Hilberry. Order affirmed.

Petition under Post Conviction Hearing Act.

Order entered granting defendant right to take nunc pro tunc direct appeal from the judgment of sentence to life imprisonment. Defendant filed motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment which were denied, opinion by LYON, J. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.
