Indictment charging defendant with carrying a concealed deadly weapon and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before SMITH, JR., J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 809, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1971, No. 853. Argued December 3, 1973.
