Indictments charging defendant with theft and criminal conspiracy. Before BUCHER, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty following a guilty plea and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 148, Oct. T., 1978, from the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, No. 983 of 1977. Submitted September 15, 1978.
