Indictment charging defendant with theft by receiving stolen property and possession of a motor vehicle with a defaced serial number. Before TOAL, Jr., J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1024, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Sept. T., 1975, No. 3745 A-B. Argued September 13, 1977.
