Indictments charging defendant with burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and possession of instruments of crime. Before POPOVICH, J. Demurrer granted to charge of burglary. Verdict of guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 751, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC-7504131. Submitted November 8, 1976.
