Indictment charging defendant with retail theft. Before MOSS, J., non-jury. Defendant found guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2406, October T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, No. 831 of 1977. Submitted June 27, 1978.
