Criminal proceedings. Rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault and indecent exposure. Before TREDINNICK, J. No. 402 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Criminal Division, No. 3794 of 1978.
