DECISIONS PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28.

The order denying the motion to suppress is affirmed. The judgments on the indictments charging unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawfully carrying a loaded firearm, unlawful receipt of a firearm with a defaced serial number, unlawful possession of ammunition, and two counts of being a habitual criminal offender are reversed. The verdicts and findings are set aside. The remaining judgment charging resisting arrest is affirmed.
