Indictments charging defendant with robberies, carrying a firearm without authority and possession of a prohibited offensive weapon. Before DiBONA, Jr., J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of robbery and not guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2031, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1975, Nos. 1453 and 1456. Submitted June 21, 1977.
