Indictments charging defendant with robbery and carrying firearms without a license. Before KLEIN, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2120, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Sept. T., 1975, Nos. 514 to 521, inclusive. Submitted March 21, 1977.
