Indictment charging defendant with possession of narcotic drugs. Before SCHWARTZ, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed to the Superior Court, which reversed the judgment of sentence and remanded the case for further proceedings. Petition for allowance of appeal granted by the Supreme Court, which remanded case to Superior Court for further consideration. Appeal, No. 636, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1972, No. 1053. Submitted March 30, 1977.
